I booked a mother-daughter session with Barb. I wanted to find some way of connecting with my daughter, as parenthood is difficult these days. We both have a love for horses, so this was perfect. Wow, I have always loved horses! To just love on Moonpie and have absolutely no expectations…to be present in the moment was so relaxing! Wow, I have always loved horses! To just love on Moonpie and have absolutely no expectations…to be present in the moment was so relaxing! As a LCSW, counselor myself, I’m aware of some things and teach self care to others, but hearing from Barb and Moonpie really opened my eyes. I plan to practice a different type of self care- actually putting myself first! I also realized some critical thinking errors that have stemmed since childhood. With this new awareness I can dive deeper into healing myself. A healed self offers freedom!
Thank you professor Moonpie for your incredibly big yawn when we both were day dreaming of the perfect day! I’ll be doing that more often- I’m WORTHY of ME time!
